1 pound boneless pork chops, cubed
2 apples, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup chicken broth

To Make: Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the pork cubes for 5 minutes. 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

2 cups cooked shredded pork
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup milk
1 egg

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
To Make: Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a bowl, toss the shredded pork with the barbecue sauce. Spread the pork into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
